KALOS Learning Studio

Located in the heart of Goose Hollow, the KALOS Learning Studio was created for people doing work that matters. Whether you're hosting a training, facilitating a therapy group, leading a wellness experience, or bringing a team together—this space is designed to support intentional, inclusive, and impactful gatherings.

Base Rental: $30/hour

Accessibility & Parking: Please note that our building is located at the top of a steep hill. Parking is available directly below the building, though spaces can be limited. We are also conveniently located along the MAX line; however, the walk from the station to our entrance involves a fairly steep uphill climb, which may be challenging for some individuals.

Setup & Tear Down Support

+$25/hour includes:
  • Room setup
  • Table and chair arrangement
  • Material placement
  • Cleanup and resetting the space after your event
  • Printing of materials
Perfect for facilitators who want a smoother, lower-stress experience.

Clinical Support Add-On

+$25/hour - A trauma-informed member of our team can remain onsite during your event to provide emotional support if participants become distressed or need additional grounding support during the experience. This option is especially helpful for:
  • Trauma-related workshops
  • Processing groups
  • Wellness experiences
  • Sensitive or emotionally activating topics
  • Community healing events

Full Event Support

+$60/hour - Have a member of the KALOS team onsite to help ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Includes everything in:
  • Marketing & Registration Support
  • Setup & Tear Down Support
  • Technology Support
Plus additional day-of support such as:
  • Guest check-in assistanceMarketing & Registration Support
  • Basic event coordination
  • Food and refreshment logistics assistance
  • Facilitator support throughout the event

CE Partnership Option

+$10 per participant - Offer Continuing Education credits for your training or workshop through our NBCC-approved continuing education partnership. This option may include:
  • CE certificate creation and distribution
  • Attendance tracking support
