An Introduction to Deep Brain Reorienting

Kendall Jordan, LCSW, will introduce participants to Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a trauma-treatment approach focused on the brain’s deeper orienting structures and the physiological foundations of traumatic experiences.

In addition to the educational presentation, guests can connect with other professionals while enjoying small bites and complimentary chair massage with Simone Crowe, LMT.

This introductory presentation will give participants an opportunity to learn more about the foundations of DBR, how it differs from other trauma-treatment approaches, and how it may support work with complex trauma and dissociation.

Target Audience

Minimum of a Master's Degree in a mental health or related field; or be a student in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. In Low- and Middle-Income Countries, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Kendall Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner of Quantum Integrative Therapy. She specializes in treating complex trauma and dissociation and works with co-occurring concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, and substance use.

Kendall brings a trauma-informed, holistic, and nonjudgmental approach to her work. Her clinical practice incorporates Deep Brain Reorienting, EMDR, structural dissociation, psychodrama, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed approaches.
